As you enter the walled plot, you are greeted with the swimming pool to the left hand side (16m2), with storage and pump room behind it.  The house has the front door to the right, and this leads into the first reception room / living room.  From here, you can enter the main living, dining room and kitchen, again in turn, leading to the bathroom, utility room and courtyard, with a staircase leading to the upper terrace, with amazing views.

Back to the main reception room, here there is a staircase which leads to the family bathroom and three good sized bedrooms.  One with views over the valley, and the other two with private views to the courtyard.

The house is in great condition, and would make an excellent "lock up and leave" house, as the grounds are completely paved and easy to maintain, however, the house is large enough to be a permanent home also.
